Experiments in the kitchen

Hi folks! Today I was in the mood to cook something special. Therefore, I baked a nice bread (ah, I forgot to tell you that I bought a breadmachine three weeks ago, and since then I bake every day,and I am haaaaaapppyyyy!!), I made some creme brule (you know-crema de zahar ars ca la mama acasa!)and I also experimented this. Just one, till Pascal comes home and we start eating seriously. Besides the fact that the chef is damn funny (with his French accent,and whoopii hat), the recipe is goooooooooooooood!!! Try it if you can! I can hardly wait to see the face of Pascal tonight when he is gonna (I know he will) enjoy this delicious meal.

Paris!

We went, we saw...we didn't conquer as Paris can only be adored, not conquered. Paris was...PARIS! Dirty and sublime...just Paris...:) I will not try to give now a description of the town using twisted metaphored and pompous words. If you have been there, you know; if you haven't,you should go and see it, feel it, experience it yourself and not read other people's impressions about it. I liked the way Pascal put it: I have been in many towns of the world, but Paris...just...lives differently!

So, I am not gonna use words to describe it, but I do have some photos for whoever is intereasted...

The apartment we lived in for several days was in a very old building, very French (it reminded me of the place where Celine was living in "Before sunset"),very noisy during the night from all the Chinese weddings, parties,etc going on in the neighbourhood. But we didn't complain:that's Paris! Besides, shortly after midnight they were stopping. We walked a lot while in Paris, took the boat also, ate breakfast omlete at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and went to this special place on one of the bridges over Seine. It is a wired fence full of locks hanged there by people who are in love. The story goed that if you write your name and the name of your loved one ona lock, hang it there, lock it and throwing the key into the water, your love will be sealed for ever, locked for eternity! So...we did that! Another romantic moment was on our anniversary day. We randomly picked a cafe to have breakfast, and while eating, our song, OUR WEDDING song (Alicia Keys -I ain't got nothing) was playing (by chance) at the stereo! That was a wonderful surprise! And talking about surprises...an unpleasant one was going to "deaux magots", a cafe where I was dying to go, as many of the big artists living in France at the begining of the century were visiting very often. It was expensive like hell (20 euro for a bottle of water and a tinny coffee), crowded, uncomfortable...what can I say...I didn't know how to drink my water faster and get the hell out of there! On the opposite corner of the street, it was a gentleman with an electronic piano (is this what it's called?), playing divinely Chopin! Pascal adores Chopin, I adored the performance of the mister...he made me cry...it was a wonderful surprise for the evening. But...that's what happens when you're in Paris! :)

Every weekend from August

Every weekend of August is a celebration, or an exhausting way to spend the days. On 14th we moved, tomorrow we go to Paris, and on 28 we have a mega garden party - a reason to invite people dear to us to see our new house for the first time. And because I would invite you, but know that it is not so easy to come, and because I reached the bow with cables (therefore been able to download photos in the computer), I post some photos with our new interior, that I can proudly say I painted for the most part (furniture, some walls, etc). Hope you like it!

New project!

I have decided to do a crazy thing! Wondering what? Well, I have decided to sell all (almost all-and Pascal agreed) our furniture that was pretty new, and to buy furniture from e-bay that I PAINT MYSELF!! So, our new house is gonna have old-new furniture on which I put personal effort and endeavour, and the project goes pretty good so far. We succeded to sell our eating place (table, cupboard, dressoir and six chairs) for a nice price, a bed that we didn't use anymore, and we bought a table with six chairs so far, and a WONDERFUL, EXTRAORDINARY very old chinese trunk, that I am absolutely crazy about!! The people who sold it said that they have it from their grandparents, and that it was in their family forever. Personally, I would never sell it especially that we can see clearly that it is the real dea! Authentic from the little cracks on the foot, to the smell of the flavoured wood that comes as a surprise when you open it! We also bought a little night stand that was in a terrible condition but I restaured nicely. For the table, which is hand painted, therefore not perfect (but the imperfection makes it worthy), I worked like a slave and Pascal was joking asking if I couldn't have chosen a pattern with two circles or something else very easy instead of the complicated curves from the central design...Well, the paint part ended well, so I don't regret, and the idea of having in my home something I actually participated for, it gives me the thrills... I love to scrub the old wood, smell it and make acquaintance with it! For the moment, the project looks like this (see the photos), but I am busy with it every day, so I will keep you tuned :)

No, I wasn't there...for the same reason as usually:I have a little priority that takes the first place in my life...but maybe (for sure!!!)next time I can post photos that I take myself at rock werchter 2011! One of the best rock festival in Europe, held every year in the Werchter village near Leuven, and where must be a delight to be! Big names of rock meet there to entertain the crowd in ecstasy:))
I saw a small part of it on tv, but of course this gave me just a little taste of "I want more". Pink-a very good live performer as usual, sexy and in a great shape, Rammstein-great as always, Pearl Jam, Empire of the Sun, Alice in Chains, as well as new or smaller groups but which were a revelation...they all made that those four days are something that you really, really must not miss! HERE

Tanger

Si daca tot o sa fim in "foarte" sudul Spaniei in iunie, de ce sa nu trecem pe celalalt continent si sa mergem pana in Tanger? Marocul m-a fascinat intotdeauna din carti, de unde lasa dara de parfum exotic in mintea mea curioasa si plina de imaginatie.

Am citit ca de la Tarifa esti in Tanger in 35 minute cu ferryboat-ul, deci ar fi pacat sa nu incercam saµajungem acolo, chiar daca asta presupune 700 km de condus in plus (1400 dus intors la Benissa) si trei zile in plus de vacanta. Deocamdata nu l-am convins pe Pascal, nu spune nici da nici ba, dar eu stiu ca asta cam inseamna "ba". Si eu trebuie sa recunosc ca este un efort, dar cand ma gandesc la albastrul cer de Tanger...

Vacanta

Gata! ne-am hotarat si rezervat si prima vacanta de vara a anului astuia. Pe 5 iunie trebuie sa fim aici. Benissa este un orasel e Costa Blanca, foarte aproape de orasul Denia despe care presupun ca Manu Chao canta in cantecul cu acelasi nume. Sunt taaaaare curioasa. Spania pentru mine inseamna Barcelona si prima mea iesire in strainatate. Am fost bineinteles cu gura cascata in stanga si in dreapta, dar am stat doar trei zile (mi-am sarbatorit ziua de nastere intr-un frumos hotel de pe Ramblas-cadou al prietenului meu de pe vremea aceea-nu hotelul ci excursia, parfumuri, ciocolate fine, o suta de dolari sa-mi cumpar eu ce vreau...una dintre cele mai frumoase zile de nastere!), si nu am vazut mare lucru din obiectivele turistice in care abunda Barcelona! Sunt tare curioasa, cum va spuneam, "sa vad" cum o sa ma simt in Spania anul acesta, intr-un cadru total diferit de ceea ce al trait cu mai bine de 10 ani in urma! Daca ati fost prin Spania, spuneti-mi si mie parerile voastre.

Ne-am intors de pe meleaguri olandeze, unde a fost super,super frumos! Peisajul a fost de vis, si la asta chiar nu m-am asteptat, dar cel mai tare m-a impresionat amabilitatea, politetea si atmosfera extraordinara pe care stiu olandezii sa o creeze! Hotelul la care "am tras" a fost pe gustul meu: cu coridoare multe,lungi si intortochiate, cu ferestre imense prin care se vedea peisajul de vis despre care v-am spus, restaurantul super frumos decorat, barul foarte cosy, si cu o atmosfera de...nu as spune "acasa", dar cu siguranta o atmosfera de club la care esti membru de un milion de ani, cunosti pe toata lumea, mai tragi o bila la masa de biliard din hol, mai tragi o tura de piscina sau un fussball dupa cum ai chef! Camerele destul de micute, si desi ar fi trebuit sa avem upgrade la o camera de lux, am avut ghinionul ca hotelul sa fie super booked din cauza unei conferinte, asa ca ne-au despagubit cu tot felul de alte avantaje. Barul era "echipat" cu mese inalte tipice pentru un bar, mese normale si canapele...si ca mai peste tot pe unde am baut sau mancat ceva, un coltisor langa semineu foarte intim, unde am tot dat tarcoale,dar mi-au luat-o altii inainte, asa ca am ramas cu pozele facute de la distanta...Am sa comentez putin pe pozele pe care le voi pune pe Picasa ca sa stiti care, ca si cum :) Si ceea ce am adorat au fost elementele autentice pe care stiu sa le pastreze in orice interior- in general podelele vechi de lemn (atat de fermecatoare!), sau lampi, ma rog...tot felul de elemente decorative vechi si foarte sarmante.

Prin reustaurante - mancarea super (de sfantul Valentin am mancat o frigaruie de vreun metru pe care mi-au atarnat-o intr-o tepusa speciala si care am crezut ca o sa-mi dea de cap (500g carne de 3 feluri), atmosfera intima, oamenii super prietenosi si serviabili, dar nu servitudine din aceea de-ti face greata, ci intr-un mod foarte natural (te intrebau daca ti-a placut mancarea, daca ai avut indeajuns, dar repet-conteaza tonul si modul sincer in care ti se vorbea!). Nu ca ma mir foarte tare, caci si in Belgia te intreaba ospatarul daca mancarea e in regula, dar belgienii mi se par mult mai rezervati, iar olandezii mult mai deschisi! Altfel, ce m-a mai impresionat, au fost casele: superbe (bine, e si zona de bogatasi), mari, cu geamuri imense si fara perdele la fereastra!! Da- seara treceai cu masina pe strada si te uitai la oameni in casa cum manaca sau stau pe canapea si privesc la televizor. Nimeni nu se streseaza pe chestia asta! Bravo lor! Asta a fost partea frumoasa a lucrurilor, caci altfel am avut un Luca bolnav, care dupa prima escapada la piscina a avut mari probleme cu gatul si o cu o tuse infecta care ne-a tinut trezi pe toti, asa ca ne cam simteam ca niste zombi chiar dupa prima noapte! Am avut noi medicamente la noi, dar se pare ca pana nu si-a facut boala mendrele...nu prea am avut ce face! Apoi, din cauza faptului ca se simtea rau, bietul baiat a fost super,SUPER ambetant: strigate, tavaleala pe jos, plansete (ne-a fost teama la un moment dat ca ne vor ruga politicos-in spiritul "casei", sa ne luam plodul si sa plecam!), asa ca mancarea nu prea ne-a tihnit: la micul dejun mancam pe rand, iar la restaurant nu stiam cum sa mancam mai repede si sa plecam. Singurul loc unde a fost cate de cat ok, a fost un loc super misto pe care l-am gasit in Utrecht. Bagel&beans este un loc unde poti manca un super covrig umplut cu diverse minuni, intr-o ambianta foarte interesanta. Camarute mici despartite de un coridor, canapele de jur imprejur de-a lungul peretilor, atmosfera super intima, sudica, un coltisor cu jucarii pentru copii si bauturi naturale de fructe, super,super yummy!! Am uitat aparatul de fotografiat in masina, asa ca am facut un link la site-ul lor, dar pozele de acolo nu fac dreptate locului care mie mi s-a parut super-super interesant.

Cam asta a fost folks, sper sa auzim de bine, si sa va placa pozele pe Picasa!

Sunt atat de nerabdatoare sa plecam maine, incat nu pot sa dorm! Ma dau cu surf-ul pe net, si cautand idei de interioare orientale (asa de distractie ca nu cred ca schimbam mobila pana nu se face Luca mai marisor), am dat peste un resort in Tailanda de zici ca-i paradis. Cea mai ieftina viluta costa in jur de 700 dolari pe noapte...dar eu una tot m-as aventura asa ca la vreo 3-4 nopti, nu de alta dar sa am amintiri de care sa ma bucur toata viata, si zic eu ca se merita sacrificiul! Ia luati de check-uiti this out, si sa mai imi spuneti dupa aia ca nu credeti in rai!!

Pana una alta ne ducem colea in Olanda, mai prin vara in Spania si in late summer tragem o fuga de vreo saptamana in sudul Frantei...dar desi aman Tailanda, nu o scot de pe lista!

Sa auzim de bine, Dili draga: LA MULTI ANI CU SANATATE SI IUBIRE-UN MILION DE IMPLINIRI! si va doresc sa simtiti si sa daruiti iubire pe 14 februarie!

Spania in mai

Nu stiu daca Romania se implica in programul de ajutare al haitienilor dupa teribilul cutremur de acum 12 zile, dar aici se face valva mare! In fiecare zi auzi la radio, vezi la televizor sau pe site-urile de stiri cum, cat si cu ce Belgia ajuta Haiti. Pana si gradinita la care merge Luca s-a implicat. Au organizat o actiune (de fapt elevii mai mari-caci aici gradinitele sunt parte dintr-o scoala cu clase 1-8;doar cresele sunt separat-dar au participat si cei mici) care s-a derulat cam asa: pe data de 22 ianuarie, la ora 10.00 am s-a tinut un minute de reculegere, apoi fiecare elev putea cumpara o cana de supa pentru un euro. Fondurile mergeau evident in contul de ajutor pentru Haiti. Elevii mai mari au iesit in strada cu gamela de supa si au vandut trecatorilor sau au oprit masinile la trecerea de pietoni din fata scolii si le-au vandut supica calda. Totul sub supravegherea unui profesor, si va asigur ca nefiind circulatie prea mare pe strada respectiva nu s-au produs ambuscade si injuraturi :) ! Incercam si noi, de fapt Pascal sa organizam o seara karaoke, dar si cu un mic program artistic (cativa dintre colegii lui au o formatie de drummers, foarte buna dealtfel, altii fac teatru ca hobby, sau spun glume ca Pascal, deci pot pune cap-coada un mic spectacol) ca sa strangem fonduri pentru contul cu pricina :) Speram ca vreo firma de catering sa ne doneze sau sa ne faca un pret bun pentru niste spaghete cu care sa-i servim pe invitati, speram ca primaria ne va pune la dispozitie o salita (pentru vreo 300 de persoane,toti din corpul de politie si primarie) tot pe gratis sau pe un pret simbolic, bauturile se vor plati separat, iar intrarea va costa in jur de 7 euro. Tineti pumnii, si noi va tinem la curent cu mersul aranjamentelor. Altfel, ca sa fiu si putin frivola, mi-am cumparat lampite noi, de care sunt taaaaare mandra! Sa auzim de bine!

Timpul zboara

Postul asta este o ineptie, totusi pe mine ma ingrijoreaza si ma confuzeaza rapiditatea cu care trece timpul, si nu sunt una dintre cele mai ocupate persoane de pe planeta, ca sa ma consolez cu ideea ca fac atat de multe lucruri intr-o zi incat nu ma pot dezmetici cum unde si cand trece timpul...Pur si simplu nu fac fata trecerii timpului, si intrebarea este: este ceva in neregula cu mine (adicatelea imbatranesc), sau se intampla ceva in univers, in jurul meu, de care eu nu ma prind? Este (cred) a doua sau a treia oara cand abordez problema asta pe blog (deci desi suna ca o ineptie pe mine ma preocupa la greu), doar -doar mi-o da cineva o explicatie sau un raspuns viabil...Voi stiti ceva despre conspiratia asta? De pilda, a trecut deja prima saptamana din an, iar eu mental sunt inainte de Craciun!! Inca ma uit la filme cu si despre Craciun (activitatea mea preferata in ziua cu pricina), ma incearca febrilitatea asteptarii cadourilor, etc...Care-i treaba Gogule??!!! By the way, am adaugat un nou album in slideshow-ul de pe marginea paginii. Poze de la Craciun (ca marturie ca a trecut :)). As vrea sa vad ceva poze si de la Craciunul vostru!!

Ne dezmeticim incet-incet!

Nu ne dati disparuti! Suntem inca aici, doar ca abea acum ne dezmeticim, doar pentru cateva zile, ca apoi sa ne lasam din noi prinsi in vartejul si euforia sarbatorilor! (Fara nici un fel de legatura cu nimic, la televizor este "before sunset", unul dintre filmele mele preferate-fetelor, nu-l pierdeti!!). Revenind la subiect, am muncit la curatenia de dupa (stiti povestea cu toate transformarile din casa!)pana in ultima secunda (adica pana in ziua de dinainte de petrecerea pentru ziua de nastere a lui Pascal (care a fost duminica). Cu toate stresurile si eforturile facute in ultimele luni, va inchipuiti canu aveam chef sa gatesc pentru 9 persoane, asa ca m-am gandit sa fac ceva special pentru Pascal, si am comandat meniul pentru petrecere la un restaurant al carui bucatar sef si propietar are o stea Michelin! Meniul a fost cam asa: pateuri cu tot felul de umpluturi, pate de vanat cu balsamico si dulceata de ceapa (va asigur ca aceasta combinatie e buna rau!), fazan cu andive si shitaki sau calcan in sos de sampanie cu creveti (la alegere). Tortul l-am comandat la cofetarul care ne-a facut si tortul (unul din torturile...)de la nunta de data asta am optat pentru spuma de ciocolata si spuma de zmeura pe blat pufos de tort si acoperit cu ganache de ciocolata.Mancarea a fost super, dar am cam dat in greu incercand sa incalzim totul in aproximativ acelasi timp ca toata lumea sa manace la unison. A doua zi am mers la Irish Pub unde am mancat o super fripturica, apoi in ziua urmatoare aveam un lunch programat la restaurantul cu pricina (cel care ne-a asigurat catering-ul), ieri am fost din nou la Irish pub pentru faimosul lor strudel cu mereservit cu inghetata de vanilie iar apoi la Sealife (acvarii si chestii din astea...)unde ne-am distrat super, si cam asa au fost zilele noastre de cand am terminat cu nenorocirea aia de baie!! (mult mai bine decat sa ne stoarcem creierii cu cine votam-fratilor va compatimim, stim ca a fost un weekend super stresant in Romania!).Acum tinem post si ne pregatim un pic pentru Craciun, caci avem din nou invitati si organizam o seara plina de tot felul de concursuri si o super tombola! Nu se va castiga o masina, nici macar o masina de spalat, dar o mare cutie cu bomboane de ciocolata din cele mai fine, sau un frumos set pentru ceai cred ca sunt premii destul de atractive...
Adaug si ceva poze ca sa va mai clatiti ochii si va doresc numai de bine!

Pai cand vin,vin toate odata!Sa va spun de ce:ieri, pe la pranz (cand tocmai ma pregateam sa scriu un post despre weekend-ul petrecut in Germania si sa schimb pozele pe Picasa), aud o bufnitura in spatele meu. Acum doua saptamani am cumparat un Play station 3. Ieri era pe jos! Si bineinteles a facut si o gaura in noul laminat!!!Etajera din perete s-a slabit...si au cazut toate (Playstation-ul si digicorder-ul). Ma rog, eu care sunt stresata la maxim ca nu mai terminam cu moloazele din casa...va inchipuiti cum a fost pt mine sa vad ca in loc sa terminam ne aucam din nou!!Am schimbat Playstation-ul care nu mai gasea hard-ul corect, slava Domnului nu avea urme de soc si cazatura deci am sunat la magazin si am spus ca:"nu stiu domne ce are, ieri mergea si azi nu mai merge, cica nu gaseste hard-ul! Pai e posibil dupa numai doua saptamani???!!!!" Au schimbat masinaria imediat si cu scuzele de rigoare (d'asta iubesc eu tarisoara asta), nenea cu laminatul vine luni si ca bonus ne repara si etajera...ma rog,totul parea OK. PAREA! Adica era, dar seria de ghinioane nu se sfarsise inca! Pe la 7 seara cand il asteptam pe nenea instalatorul, aud o alta bufnitura groaznica, de data asta afara, dar nici nu ma sinchisesc sa ma uit pe geam, crezand ca e pe la vecini. Dupa 10 min. suna cineva la usa, eu deschid fericita ca in sfarsit a venit instalatorul care intarzia...surpriza, erau vecinii de vis-a-vis, cu poarta mea in brate, si ma anunta cu milioane de scuze ca masina lor a luat-o la vale si a intrat in poarta mea si in gardul meu cel nou!!! Adicatelea, ei au cumparat o masina noua, frana de mana e un buton de care au uitat, si cum driveway-ul lor e in panta, asa cum e normal sa fie, si cum nu au gard ori poarta ori nimic, masinuta lor cea nabadaioasa a pornit-o la plimbare si prima opreliste pe care a intalnit-o a fost gardul meu!! Bineinteles ca oamenii sunt asigurati si vor plati reparatiile, s-au scuzat de cel putin 5 milioane de ori, dar nervii mei, mizeria aferenta, sculatul la 6 dimineata, facutul de cafele, etc, cine dracu' le plateste??!!!
Altfel, va inchipuiti ca nu mai am chef sa scriu despre cum a fost in Germania, am sa va spun doar ca piscina a fost SUPEEEERRR, cu apa termala care avea vreo 36 de grade, asa ca in cada, de nu ne mai venea sa plecam de acolo, ca parcul si lacul de langa hotel (cu lebede negre) a fost un vis, si ca daca aveti ocazia sa mergeti la Soest, faceti-o ca tare e frumos! Dar asta daca vrei o vacanta calma si idilica, ca mai mult sunt oameni care vin la refacere acolo, la apele termale din imprejurimi. Tot acolo am mancat cele mai bune raviolini cu sos gorgonzola si nuci! Offf, ca imi lasa si acum apa in gura!Balciul la care si pentru care am fost acolo, cel mai mare din Europa, a fost super, pana e la 8 cand s-a aglomerat asa de tare ca nu te mai puteai misca in marea de oameni si ne-a trebuit 1 ora sa parcurgem cam 150m si sa iesim de acolo, deci NEVER AGAIN! Dar pt cine serveste astfel de distractii...enjoy!
Cam asta e, va las sa vedeti poze (m-a fascinat mica statuie cu un nene cu alaria in mana si o tanti cu umbrela-cand e vreme frumoasa nenea este iesit in afara, cand ploua, tanti cu umbrela este iesita de sub micul "acoperis". Cum, e un mister! E un mecanism, face cineva schimbarea, habar n-am, poate descoperiti voi si-mi spuneti ca nu-mi plac misterele neelucidate), eu ma cufund din nou in depresia si indigestia pe sistem nervos care imi patroneaza viata in ultima perioada! Pe curand sper, pe vremuri mai bune!!

Prima zi de gradinita

Am amanat-o, mai mult din motive de panica decat din motive reale, dar scuza ca am venit duminica seara foarte obositi din Germania, si ca nu putem sa-l trezim pe pitic de dimineata a sunat tare plauzibil! O sa revin cu un post despre weekend-ul petrecut in Germania (si cu poze), care a fost super,super,super, dar azi am sa vorbesc despre prima "incercare" mai greuta din viata piticului nostru. A simtit ca-l ducem "undeva", si ca nu e ceva obisnuit...si pe noi ne apasa vinovatia de parca ne duceam sa-l abandonam pe scarile bisericii...Plansete, agatat de picioarele mele, sarit la taica-su in brate...ce sa va spun, numai parinte sa nu fi, ni s-a rupt inima! I-am promis ca venim sa-l luam, si educatoarea ne-a spus ca Luca tresarea de fiecare data cand se deschidea usa. Cand am ajuns acasa, ne-am uitat la ceas si ne-am fi dorit sa fie deja 11.30 ca sa ne ducem sa-l luam. Am oftat 3 ore intr-una, Pascal era gata de plecare de la 11.20 (gradinita e la 5 min. de mers pe jos, si programul de dimineata se termina la 11.40, dar ne-am gasit scuza ca e prima zi si avem de vorbit cu educatoarea fara sa-i luam prea mult din pauza de masa), apoi ne-am dus catre gradinita tinandu-ne de mana si cu inima tresarind de bucurie ca o sa-l revedem. A plans din nou cand ne-a vazut, acasa a stat cam bosumflici si din nou tinandu-se de picioarele mele (de unde si expresia cu:se tine de fustele masii; doar ca eu nu purtam fusta), dar acum i-a trecut, si educatoarea a spus ca s-a jucat foarte frumos cand au iesit afara (au un loc de joaca super cu tobogan si tot felul de chestii dupa care se innebuneste Luca, toate puse pe o suprafata de cauciuc), asa ca eu sper ca data viitoare sa fie mult mai bine. Offff, numai parinte sa nu fi!!! Ba sa fii, ca tare e recompensant!!:)

Shiobian and Kris - un alt cuplu super! coregrafia este semnata de aceeasi inegalabila Evghenia! Daca aveti rabdare sa vedeti comentariile juriului, este tipa cu bluza beige si par lung, care primeste felicitarile juriului si multumirile concurentilor!
Apoi este Lorenzo care este favoritul meu, dar bietul baiat a avut tare mult ghinion. La selectii si-a scrantit degetul mare de la un picior,apoi in primul show, la sfarsitul dansului si-a rupt un tendon (sau ceva de genul asta) si nu a mai putut continua show-ul! A fost partenerul Oonei cu care sper in curand sa gasesc ceva videouri. Oricum, veste buna este ca lui Lorenzo i s-a promis un loc in showurile live (fara sa mai treaca prin pre selectii, anul viitor! Hai sa vedem ce-o iesii...!
Ultimii sunt Virgil si Marleen...culmea...Marleen si-a fracturat si ea degetul mare de la picior, Virgil a primit o alta partenera...si saptamana trecuta au iesit din concurs. Virgil a fost cel mai popular tip din concurs!
Ah,da! am gasit doua videouri cu Oona si Remy! Am uitat sa va spun ca in timpul preselectiilor Oona a avut o problema la o coasta! Ce sezon cu peripetii!!

Ce ne place la TV

Suntem pur si simplu innebuniti dupa "So you think you cand dance". Titlul spune totul, este un concurs de dans in format american care ne-a luat "piuitul", si asta mai ales datorita calitatii de exceptie a candidatilor! Bineinteles ca avem favoriti, pe cei din video-ul de aici, dar mai toti sunt super buni. Nu am crezut ca sunt atat de multi pustani care pot dansa la un asemenea nivel, multi dintre ei fiind amatori, dar indragostiti de aceasta frumoasa arta. din pacate nu am gasit pe You tube toate filmulete pe care as fi vrut sa le anexez, dar promit sa revin cu un post daca le gasesc mai tarziu. In cea de a doua saptamana, cei doi, Els si Angelo au creat un moment de antoogie, dansand un quick step pe muzica lui Nat King Cole, zic eu, mai bine decat au facut-o la vremea lor Fred Astaire si Ginger Rogers. Este adevarat ca si coregrafa, campioana mondiala de ballroom dancing, este o tipa deosebita din toate punctele de vedere si toate coregrafiile pe care le-a semnat in acest concurs au fost de exceptie!Producatorii concursului au facut un gest super frumos aducand-o pentru doua saptamani pe mama lui ANgelo in Belgia, din Curacao! Nu se ai vazusera de trei ani! Va inchipuiti ce moment emotionant, sa-ti vezi baiatul, favorit al unui concurs cu rezonante internationale (premiul este un rol in Hair Sparay pe Broadway, si 20000 euro cash!), dupa ce i-ai dus dorul timp de trei ani!
Apoi este Oona, care face pereche tot cu un dansator de culoare dupa ce partenerul ei si-a fracturat genunchiul la primul live show, chiar la finalul numarului. Oona este o dansatoare desavarsita, mica, diafana, cu un complex de trairi uluitor, pe care reuseste sa le transmita fara prea mare efort. Mie personal imi pare si uluitor de frumoasa, cu un aer de usor mister, si o feminitate cum rar mai intalnesti. Din pacate, am gasit doar o poza...nu am gasit un video sa o puteti vedea dansand...se merita!! Deci, cam asta asteptam noi cu sufletul la gura in fiecare duminica

Stresssss

Pai nu stiu altii cum sunt...dar eu sunt stresata rau! ma uitam azinoapte pe la 3.30 am (va spuneam ca sunt stresata si nu pot sa dorm) la televizor si dau e o emisiune cu tot felul de sfaturi foarte banale dar zice-se foarte eficiente impotriva stresului. O metoda foarte buna este sa mirosi flori (aroma therapy sa traiasca)! Apoi, nu uitati sa respirati ca sa va oxigenati creierul in mijlocul unui atac de panica. Foarte eficiente sunt si mantrele (de ex:pot sa fac asta!)spuse cam de 100 de ori (la nevoie, adica cand va simtiti mai stresati si deprimati). Cica atunci cand suntem stresati ne deprimam si anumite parti ale creierului nostru se inchid ceea ce face imposibil sa mai simtim placere sau sentimente de fericire. Ei bine, aceste mantre, pe care fiecare trebuie sa sile gaseasca singur, sunt un "reset" al creierului. Creeaza un alt tipar pe care creierul functioneaza, scotandu-l din spirala stresului. si cel mai misto mi se pare metoda asta: sa asculti "drums music" in anumite ritmuri (monotone), si sa dansezi pe ea!! Cica atunci creezi instantaneu o alta frecventa pe care creierul va functiona, scotandu-l din cercul vicios in care se invartea pana in momentul respectiv! Ca exemplu au dat muzica celor de la "Blue man group" care mie mi s-au parut super cool!! Enjoy and distress!!

La vie en rose

Am vazut acum vreo doua zile, intr-o noapte fara somn, La vie en rose! Inca un film de care auzisem ca ar fi bun, pe care l-am scapat la momentul respectiv (nu e foarte vechi, e de vreo 2 ani). M-a bulversat! Sunt inca sub greutatea acestui amalgam de sentimente pe care acest film mi le-a adus ca o maree neasteptata. Un film greu, un film extraordinar de bine realizat, un film de vazut! Inveti sa o iubesti si sa o detesti pe aceasta Edith Piaf care oricum nu ar da doi bani pe parerea ta, care a iubit cu curaj, si a trait fara sa-i pese prea tare de ce se vorbeste in jurul ei, care a reusit sa se ridice deasupra lumii si a destinului care au zdrobit-o.

Desi ceva mai vechiut (facut in 2006), abea l-am vazut acum doua zile, altfel nu prea scap filme pe care mari actori ca Edward Norton si Naomi Watts - in cazul de fata- isi pun semnatura. Un film tulburator care si-a meritat premiile din plin, iar coloana sonora...nu am avut demult asa revelatii! Va las sa ascultati!

imaginea ce se vedea pe fereastra de langa masa noastra

Ma "certa" Pascal deunazi ca facem un milion de treburi si activitati pentru si in casa, dar mai nimic pentru noi, adica pentru placerea noastra (e secret-el nu stie-dar facutul de treburi prin casa ESTE o placere pentru mine...). Ma rog, dupa ce stau pe net vreo doua ore, revin la ideea prima a lui Pascal de a vizita ruinele unei manastiri din zona valona. Am mai trecut pe acolo si am fost impresionata de ruinele acopeirte de iedera veche, poate de sute de ani! Pranzul l-am luat la "taverna morii", chiar vis-a-vis de ruine, intr-o atmosfera autentica de castel medieval. Nici urma de kitsch, peretii vechi si toate detaliile vorbeau despre alte vremuri, atat de convingator, incat devenea o aventura cam creepy sa te duci la toaleta prin coridoarele intunecoase si bantuite de "umbre" (da, parea bantuit locul!)brrr!!!

A trecut vara, ne-am intors din concediu cu amintiri si poze, s-a consumat si primul BBQ pe noua terasa, am mai furat o zi la plaja (normal ar fi trebuit sa mergem si maine, caci saptamana trecuta anuntau 30° pentru joi, dar acum vad ca nu dau mai mult de 19, deci... Poze din concediu puteti sa vedeti pe slide show-ul de pe marginea paginii, poze cu terasa - pun cateva aici. Concediul l-am facut in Alsacia, dar ne-am dus putin si prin Elvetia, care nu mi-a placut deloc: o scumpeteeeeeee, si o mancare proastaaaaaaa!!!! Suma minima pe care o puteai lua de la bancomat era de 100 de franci elvetieni (adica vreo 70 ero,cand peste tot suma minima e de 20 euro!!). Altfel, ce sa va spun, 3 euro o prajiturica cat degetul de subtire, 18 euro o portie de mancare chinezeasca (execrabila -serios, nu exagerez, numai orez si sos de la supermarket!), la un "impinge tava", cafeaua, chiar daca nu o consumai la masa si o luai sa o bei pe strada, sub 3 euro nu gaseai. Am plecat de acolo un car de nervi, si l-am pus pe Pascal sa-mi promita ca nu ne mai calca piciorusele prin Elvetia vreodata! A doua zi, fiind aniversarea noastra, ne-am gandit sa mergem in Italia, sa mancam o pizza de la mama ei. Dar evident, pe langa dezavantajul de a conduce vreo 4 ore dus si alte 4 intors, trebuia, evident sa trecem prin Elvetia (drumul cel mai scurt), si sa le ingrasam buzunarul cu 30 euro pentru vigneta!! Deci, cu regret (pentru Italia, nu pentru ca nu le-am dat elvetienilor 30 de euro) am spus: nu! Ne-am hotarat sa stam in Franta, si tot mergand din oras in oras, am gasit niste ruine ale unui fort care ne-au placut foarte tare, apoi, incet-incet ne-am apropait de granita elvetiana...am trecut-o (viata e ironica, stiu!)...am ajuns la "La vue des Alpes" care a fost cel mai magnific peisaj pe care l-am vazut vreodata, apoi am ajuns la lacul Neuchatel, unde am vazut cea mai albastra apa intr-un lac, am mancat pizza cu un gust foarte autentic la un restaurant italian, si ne-a costat cam ca in Franta, iar seara, am avut rezervare la un restaurant de mari fitze (inapoi in Franta), la care am ajuns cu 20 minute intarziere, transpirati si imbracati de plaja, caci nu am mai fi avut timp sa mergem inapoi la hotel. In mare cam asta a fost...va recomand Alsacia cu caldura, e super!! Cladirile si arhitectura imi amintesc de un Bucuresti vechi si prafuit, asa cum il descria Eliade in "La tiganci", si asta mi-a dat un sentiment foarte contraversat si ciudat de a fi pierduta in timp si spatiu :) Imi cer scuze pentru totul cam lipsit de entuziasm din postul acesta, dar sunt cam catranit ca s-a dus vara, si ca mi-e sotul la serviciu (prima zi dupa trei saptamani...) si asta e intotdeauna greu de digerat! sa auzim de bine!

Poze de la plaja

In sfarsit, pentru prima oara anul acesta, am avut si timpul necesar, si vremea corespunzatoare unei escapade la mare. Am ales Olanda, la vreo 20 km de locuinta noastra, si asta pentru ca era "piata de seara" (cum altfel as putea sa traduc?) in oraselul de langa plaja. altfel, si plaja "belgiana" se afla relativ aproape, la 25 km. "Avond markt" inseamna lume multa, magazinele iesite cu marfa in strada, lume multa, reduceri de preturi, aglomeratie de abea te poti misca, oboseala, lume multa ca la manifestatie, aer boem si un anume charm. Nu am facut poze in Sluis (daca va intereseaza oraselul-foarte faimos dealtfel, "gugaliti-l"!), dar am facut ceva poze pe plaja...deci anexez cu mandrie!:)

Nu e gata,dar pe aproape!

Cam asa arata terasuca in faza asta. Nu e gata, pentru ca ne-au ramas cam multicele placi, si ne-am gandit sa mai cumparam cateva si sa facem si cararea din jurul casei plus cea de la intrare catre intrarea casei in acelasi stil, deci punctul terminus se va atinge joi. Tinand cont de faptul ca vineri plecam dis de dimineata in scurta noastra vacanta, se anunta niste zile foarte stresante, din nou! Ne pregatisem sufleteste si mental pentru ideea ca totul va fi gata vineri, care a fost ziua ce a incununat o saptamana intrega a de sapaturi, stres, bataturi, efort impins la maxim, roabe de pamant si pietre carate cu sudoarea curgand rauri, palisade de beton sparte la ciocan...etc....Vineri a inceput la 6 dimineata, cand ne-au venit ceva ajutoare de specialitate si camionul cu amestecul special de nisip si ciment ce trebuie pus ca baza pentru placi. Ooooppps, amestecul nu e facut cu nisip de ploaie (?! asa zicea sefu'), ci cu nisip de mare, care are sare in el si asta pateaza piatra daca e folosit sa faci mortarul cu care fixezi placa de piatra pe baza. Deci, ok, folosim baza, dar fugi la alta firma (Thanks God era chiar pe strada paralela cu a noastra) care foloseste nisip de ploaie si cumpara nisisp special pentru mortar. Nu va mai spun cum a fost vineri, am cazut ca mustele...dar va spun ca stresul nu s-a incheiat nici pe departe, caci mobila nu a sosit inca (nu ar fi chiar asa de rau, ca si asa nu vrem s-o inghesuim in garaj pana se termina cu prafaraia, cimentul, nisipul etc), doar ca vrem sa fie aici cam pe joi, inainte de a pleca in vacanta. Cam asta deocamdata, o sa mai punem poze cand e totul aranjat asa cum am planuit! Sa auzim de bine si zile de vara de neuitat va doresc!

Stressssss

Nu mai am somn, nu mai am nervi, nu mai am rabdare!! Placile pentru terasa trebuie sa soseasca dintr-un moment intr-altul, la fel si mobila, iar noi parca nici nu am inceput lucrarile. Azinoapte am adormit pe la 2.30 am, si la 7.15 am m-am trezit. Ma gandesc intr-una cum, cand, ce...etc. Mobila puteti s-o vedeti mai bin in poza, are perne blanc casse´. Pozele pe care am incercat sa le copiez de pe site-ul firmei la care le-am comandat sunt protejate, asa ca le puteti vedea pe http://www.nl.beltrami.be/cons/vloeren/catalogus/mint-yellow-natuurruw.aspx

Oricum totul parca scapa de sub control, si asta ma omoara. Am plecat de la ideea sa nu cheltuim mai mult de 1500 de euro pe gresia de terasa, si am ajuns la 2300 euro! Asta pentru ca am vazut placile respective, si m-am gandit ca daca tot fac ceva care sa dureze ceva ani de acum incolo, macar sa-mi placa la maxim, si sa nu ma zgarcesc la "cativa" euro acolo...Apoi nu am luat in calcul cam cat o sa coste sa vina sa ne tranteasca stabilizatorul in gradina, si uite ca mai costa si asta vreo 700 euro! Mi-e frica sa ma gandesc mai departe, dar stiti cum e...ai intrat in hora, trebuie sa joci! Sa auzim de bine!

5.40 am. Alarma porneste! Ma prefac ca o ignor. La fel si Pascal. 5.50 am. Alarma porneste! As vrea sa o mai pot ignora, dar nu tine! La fel si Pascal. OK, el trebuie sa plece la serviciu, dar eu...??!! Evident nu mai pot adormi, ganduri despre betonul gasit in gradina la sapaturi (o oala cu cocosei de aur nu gaseam si eu...!), despre panta total aiurea care trebuie gandita, calculata,retusata etc nu-mi dau pace! Oftez, injur mult si urat in gand, si cobor in sufragerie. Am de ales: ceva vase de spalat, sa ma epilez (ca si asa ma plangeam pe bloguri ca nu am timp..iaca am acu'!!) sau sa dau o tura pe blog :) Sau toate trei...Ne citim mai tarziu, ca acum am terminat cafeaua si ma apuc de epilat! O zi buna va doresc, fara ceasuri desteptatoare!

Sunt convinsa ca stiti ce-i aiai sa ai cate o zi in care totul iti merge pe dos. Asa am avut noi sambata. Aveam planuita o excursie la Achen, inca din mai, pentru luna august cand este sezon de reduceri de preturi in Germania. Si cum in martie cand am fost de ziua mea in Germania am ramas uimiti de preturile reduse, ne-am gandit noi ca in sezonul de preturi trebuie sa fie tare bine sa faci cumparaturi in Germania. Drept pentru care am purces! In primul rand am uitat aparatul de fotografiat acasa. In al doilea, erau 29 de grade pe acolo, si un soare care te topea (eu una nu am suportat niciodata caldura-iata Dili ca avem si puncte diferite!-iar Pascal care nu e obisnuit de felul lui, ce sa mai vorbesc...desi se vaita mai putin ca mine si rezista stoic, cand e cazul, adica atunci cand temperatura mai depaseste si pe aici, cateva zile pe an, cele 23 de grade cu care suntem obisnuiti in vara belgiana). Preturile erau ele reduse, dar ne-a fost imposibil sa gasim magazinele de larg consum (C&A, H&M,etc) si am dat numai de magazine de firma, care ce sa spun, tare ma incalzea ca o pereche de pantaloni Pepe Jeans veneau de la 97 la 44 de euro! Noi venisem pentru chilipiruri de 3 euro tricoul, ca nu prea avem nevoie de toale de firma si eram decisi sa nu cheltuim prea multi bani in aceasta mica excursie. Deci, ne-am plimbat o zi intreaga in sus si in jos pe shopping streets, prin temperatura torida (nu radeti ca eu asa am resimtit-o), numai printre magazine de firma de care nu aveam nici un chef, si pe la ora 2 ne-am hotarat sa luam pranzul. Luca tocmai terminase o acadea, si fiind dulce in jurul gurii, o viespe nenorocita l-a intepat chiar sub buza. Mi-amintesc ca am trait acelasi soi de episod tot cam pe la aceeasi varsta cand o albina mi s-a asezat pe sandvisul pe care il mancam, si cum n-am observat-o m-a intepat in limba!! Bineinteles ca nu ne-am mai uitat dupa o masa la care sa stam pe terasa restaurantului "Mica Italie" care avea pizza foarte imbietoare, si ne-am grabit catre farmacia de vis-a-vis, unde o cucoana amabila ne-a salvat cu o alifie minune (bine ca nu erau in lunch break, cum sunt toate farmaciile si magazinele in Belgia sa trebuiasca sa asteptam cu un copil urland de durere pana cand deschid-desi am aplicat si metoda cu sarea frecata pe rana).Deci, nu a fost ghinion total...Pana la urma tot am mancat la mica italie, iar langa terasa cu pizza era o alta terasa cu niste cupe de inghetata la care efectiv nu puteai rezista, erau de fotografie, dar dupa cum v-am spus am uitat aparatul, asa ca sper ca stati bine cu imaginatia! Stati?! E,atunci imaginativa cea mai tare cupa de inghetata pe care a-ti vrea sa o mancati (cu pepene verde, cu alune de padure, in forma de farfurie cu spaghetti, in forma de pizza,cu multa frisca si tot felul de toppinguri, etc-ei bine o gasiti in Achen!). Evident ne-am lacomit, nu am putut sa mancam mai mult de juma' de cupa, si indigestia e fost gata! Eu am facut insolatie si alergie la bluza de pe mine care avea ceva sintetic in ea, si pana am alergat in primul magazin sa cumparam un tricou de bumbac (de firma evident, care m-a costat 20 de euro la pret redus), reactia s-a declansat deja ,eram plina de bube care ma mancau intr-un mare fel, pleoapele umflate mi-au cazut peste ochi si abea vedem pe unde calc, temperatura corpului mi s-a urcat la aproape 39 de grade. Nu am riscat sa mergem din nou la farmacie, pentru ca sunt alergica la pastilele de alergie si am nevoie de un compus special, pe care evident nu am fi stiut sa-l explicam farmacistului, ca apoi sa asteptam ceva ore pana il produce!Asa ca ne-am urcat frumusel in masina, si valea catre Belgia. Am petrecut cele 2 ore si 13 minute cu o stare de voma continua, mancarimi pe tot corpul si, desi aveam febra, mi-era cumplit de frig, aveam geaca lui Pascal pe mine si am interzis cu regret aerul conditionat (tare mi-era mila de ei, dar nu a cracnit niciunul). Luca care in masina, langa scaunul lui are un maner (asa sa-i spun)care se lasa intre scaune, si care este prevazut ca la cinema cu suport pt pahare etc, a baut apa tot drumul (turnand si pe el evident ca sa se racoreasca), bietul baiat! Cand am ajuns acasa, mi-am luat pastilele pt alergie, pastile pt febra, am mancat niste pepenas bun, si mi-a fost ceva mai bine. Cu toate astea nu am putut dormi pana la 5.30 dimineata de mancarimi (pastilele isi fac efectul complet abea a doua zi), iar Pascal care a suferit si el din cauza caldurii a vomat tot pana pe la 5.30 dimineata, iar ieri am zacut amandoi toata ziua. A, ba nu! Ghinionul s-a continuat putin cand am vrut sa facem o tura cu bicicletele pe seara, iar cand Pascal a vrut sa-mi umfle roata din fata, s-a rupt ventilul! Asa ca...mersul pe jos face piciorul frumos! Acum imi repara vecinul bicicleta (il vad pe geam cum lucreaza la ea in fata garajului lui), tot cartierul vine la el, este hobby-ul lui. Nu ma costa nimic, decat niste prajituri pt el si sotia, amandoi foarte de treaba (mi-a reparat si roata din spate), plus ca el umbla pe nu stiu unde sa cumpere janta, care evident are o masura speciala si nu o gasesti peste tot (de ce sa fie simplu cand poate sa fie complicat?).Cam asta e! Ce am invatat? Nu pleca niciodata la drum fara pastilele de alergie la tine! Culmea e ca Pascal parca a avut o presimtire: a fost prima oara cand inainte de a pleca m-a intrebat daca sa luam ceva medicamente la noi. I-am raspuns ca nu mergem pe luna, si ca pastile gasim si in Germania!

Primul crin

Asta este primul crin (da, din seria celor pe care i-a taiat Pascal cand a tuns iarba - din 10 am ramas cu 7)!Nu numai ca este extraordinar de frumos, si ca ne uimeste cand ne uitam la el prin perfectiunea sa de opera de arta, dar miroase si extraordinar de frumos!! Nu eram o adepta a crinilor, Pascal a vrut sa-mi faca o surpriza cand mi-a adus cele 10 radacini, dar de acum incolo i-am adaugat pe lista de prioritati, in capul listei chiar! Va mai arat si o begonie atarnatoare, cea rosie, care a inflorit tare tarziu, nu stiu de ce, si ...castravetii!! Da,da!! Nu am mai vazut asa castraveti plini de flori ca cei pe care i-am pus eu intr-un ghiveci, si care acum dau roade la greu!:) Mai puneti la socoteala faptul ca i-am pus din seminte si nu din rasadnita, si ca am plantat semintele la inceputul lui iunie, cand de fapt se planteaza in februarie! Nici prin cap nu-mi dadea ca voi avea castraveti din timida mea incercare de a vedea "cum merge, domne, cu semintele astea"!

Si ca sa imi faca mie in ciuda, ploua intr-una!! Sunt o comoara la casa omului cand ai un proiect de facut! Sunt o kamikaze! Daca am ceva de facut, nu dorm,nu mananc, nu ma duc la wc pana nu termin ce am de facut, ma gandesc pana la obsesie cum sa fac sa fie cat mai bine, cat mai eficient, cat mai rapid, sa gasesc cea mai buna solutie. si uite asa, pentru ca suntem in lucrari, a inceput sa ploua!!! Credeti ca asta ma va opri din a munci afara??!! Ooooo nuuuu!! si aici poate sotul meu va intelege mai bine ca s-a insurat cu o maniaca compulsiv obsesionala si va cere divort (doamne fereste, sper ca nu!!). ei bine, ploaia asta ma isterizeaza, ma va incetini, dar nu ma voi opri!! Cum va spuneam, sunt cuprinsa de microbul terasei. Au venit niste nene sa vada la fata locului cam ce vrem noi, sa ia masuri si sa ne promita ca ne vor face o oferta, dar cand am facut noi un calcul rapid si am realizat ca numai materialele ne vor costa mai bine de cinci mii de euro, si deducand ca oricine va veni va avea cam de munca cel putin 10 zile, ca ne vor arunca un pret de cel putin 30 de euro pe ora (toate astea fata TVA!!), ne-a cam luat cu rece pe sira spinarii si cu miros de dezamagire. Asa ca am stat serios de vorba cu al meu sot si l-am intrebat daca vrea el sa fie eroul meu si sa se inhame la o astfel de treaba, stiind ca nu este chiar un priceput in d'alde d'astea, si nu are nici cea mai vaga idee despre cum se pun placi pe terasa, cum se pune o scurgere, etc...totusi, a indraznit sa spuna:DA! Si cum gasesti orice informatii doresti pe internet de la cum se pune un bec pana la cum sa construiesti o casa, si cum are destui colegi care de nevoie si-au facut tot felul de chestii pe acasa, ne-am hotarat sa avem un curaj nebunesc si sa purcedem la treaba. Deocamdata adunam materiale, si am gasit niste chestii foarte misto...Ieri am avut o mica vacanta in Franta, in Le Touquet, un loc in care vin parizienii la mare, un orasel dragur dar foarte aglomerat, si desi nu m-as fi asteptat vreodata, am gasit aici mobila de gradina visata (care in mod normal costa vreo 2000 euro, dar aici avea o reducere de 650 euro. De curiozitate am intrebat daca am putea sa comandam asa ceva in Belgia, iar cucoana amabila ne-a spus ca ne-o poate livra pe asta la domiciliu cu numai 150 euro (tinand cont ca sunt cam 200 km, am spus "ok"! Si uite asa ne-am facut cu mobila! As fi vrut sa o iau pe cea alba, dar era cam lunga, si m-am gandit sa-i fac pe plac lui Pascal care o prefera pe cea antracit, asa ca....o vedeti in poza! Apoi, azi am gasit un parasol super misto, cu o deschidere de 3 m, cu design super misto, cu un picior care se umple cu apa si nu trebuie sa mai pui pietre a sa-l tina ca lumea (mi se pare o porcarie cand ii aud in magazin ca imi recomanda sa pun pietre pe piciorul parasolului ca sa nu-l ia vantul!!). Cam cu asta ne ocupam noi zilele astea, asa ca nu ne dati disparuti daca nu aparem pe blogosfera! Urati-ne noroc ca avem multa nevoie, daca Pascal reuseste sa duca proiectul asta la bun sfarsit, ne putem uita in urma si putem avea satisfactia ca am salvat pe putin 6-7 mii de euro! Ne auzim cu bine!

Am fost la circ

Cam pretentios spus "circ":pe o scena improvizata, doi acrobati si doi "muzicanti" (care au facut super muzica, am sa incerc sa pun pe blog unul dintre cantecelele pe care le-am inregistrat pe telefon)au dat o reprezentatie super originala si haioasa. Sunt o trupa din Spania, care dau reprezentatii gratis (desi poti cumpara un tricou la sfarsitul spectacolului cu 10-12 euro), iar aici s-a intamplat pe pajistea din fata bisericutei din apropierea casei mele, bisericuta cu care am postat ceva fotografii in primavara si care imi place nespus! Nu au fost puzderie de oameni, dar cei care au fost, mai ales copiii s-au amuzat teribil, si in ciuda vantului cam nebunatic ne-am simtit super bine, am dansat,am aplaudat, am strigat tot felul de chestii in trei limbi (engleza,franceza si spaniola),iar muzica, am sa ma repet, a facut toti banii (ah, am uitat ca a fost gratis!) :) Pe bune, super misto, super originala si foarte antrenanta! Trupa se cheama "circ panic", si au si un site pe care ma voi uita dupa ce scriu acest post. Scuze pentru calitatea fotografiilor, au fost facute cu telefonul!

Am pus si geamuri noi, ieri pe la 3 au plecat baietii, iar pana seara aveam casa toata curata din nou, si toata mobila asezata la locul ei! Pascal sa traiasca, ca-mi intelege toate obsesiile si paranoismele (nu as fi putut sa dorm daca aveam casa cu fundul in sus!)! Dar, vorbind despre dormit, nu prea am dormit ca ieri a fost cea calduroasa zi/noapte din vara asta,iar Luca tuseste IAR, si se cam trezeste noaptea...Ma rog, cunoasteti povestea! Nu am sa postez poze cu noile geamuri care mi-au mancat trei zile din viata si m-au costat foarte multa transpiratie, dar am sa postez ceva poze de la BBQ-ul de dinainte de a incepe "distractia" (restul pozelor le adaug pe picasa, la ultima transa postata). Cat despre vacanta de care sunt intrebata atat de des...pai sa va spun cum devine treaba! Geamurile astea au insemnat o investitie de peste 10 000 euro. Pentru ca punand geamuri duble consumi mai putina energie pentru incalzire (deci participi la un eco proiect), statul te incurajeaza returnandu-ti imediat 30% din valoare investita (daca este minim 10 000 euro), 30 euro pe metru patrat de geam premiu de la ecologisti (parca...?) tot imediat, plus inca in jur de 5 000 euro platibili in doi ani, care ti se intorc odata cu banii de pe taxe. Asta se cheama niste baieti destepti, care au gasit o sulutie sa faca pe toata lumea fericita! Firmele au de munca de nu-si mai vad capul, pe noi ne costa pana la coada mai nimic sa punem geamuri duble peste tot prin casa (si geamurile mele sunt in medie 3,20m/1,60m bucata, cu exceptia celui de la baie si de la toaleta, care sunt de dimensiuni normale), guvernul este fericit ca lumea investeste, ca mediul este protejat, etc....Deci, legatura cu vacanta mea este ca depinde cand ni se intorc banii (ca pana ne trimit astia factura finala, pana ne ducem cu dosarul, pana ne ajung banii in cont, mi-e ca o sa fie cam tarzior sa mai planificam o vacanta prea departe de granitele Belgiei, si s-ar putea sa stam pe undeva prin imprejurimi (Germania, Franta...). Daca banii vin in timp util....hehe....vorbim despre altfel de destinatii!!! Va tin la curent!!

PS: Pascal n-are nimic la brat, dar tocmai donase sange si l-au "badijonat" aia sanatos!! :)

In sfarsit, 27 de gradutze si la Brugge! Acu', pe seara, 23. In noaptea asta, daca ne lasa Luca care ca niciodata tocmai s-a trezit dupa juma de ora de dormit (el care doarme noaptea ca busteanu') si ne striga tanguit; Dar poate totusi reusim! O sa iesim pe terasa, aprindem toate felinarele si lumanarile, si poate facem si ceva poze sa va mai tinem la curent cu viata noastra. Azi am luat micul dejun afara, l-am lasat pe Luca sa se balaceasca intr-un bazinas de plastic, de era tot murat din cap pana in varfurile unghiilor, si am facut o tura cu bicicleta, dar o pana ne-a facut sa ne intoarcem pe jos. Doar vreo 5 km! Asa ca pe seara, am tras o tura pe la o "friterie" (adica fast food cu cartofi prajiti si tot felul de frigarui prajite in muuuult ulei-eu am mancat o salata!), apoi prin oras la o inghetata (eu doar am gustat de la Pascal). Cam asta fuse ziua noastra de vara/vacanta, si revenim cu poze, daca ne mai lasa nenea de la blogspot! Pana una alta, bag niste poze cu Luca. Va pup si vadoresc sa suportati caldura cu bine si fara sa va deshidratati prea tare (trage nene niste beri la o adica!!)

Acum ca avem un moment de respiro dupa toate ghinioanele despre care v-am spus deja, si pentru ca Luca doarme somn dulce de copilas sanatos si cu burtica plina, imi mai scoteam si eu parleala si am "vizionat" ceva bloguri sa vad ce mai face "lumea". Pai lumea face bine, si se agita scriind despre diverse vip-uri si dive, ca "nu stiu care" de-si plimba poseta L. Vuitton pe nu stiu unde, de Raduleasca ca pleaca nu stiu pe unde...Eu doar atat vreau sa va spun: stati fratilor linistiti ca se intorc alea noastre pitzipoance val-vartej inapoi in Romanica, unde sunt adulate si au paparazzi atarnati de coada 24 din 24! Pai fetele sufera tare-tare de megalomanie, si cui credeti voi ca ii pasa prin strainatatzuri de Vuittoane, Porsche sau alte chestii d'astea de te rup prin buzunare? Pe aici, conduci un Ferarri? Nu-i pasa nimanui!!! Te imbraci de la Chanel?!! Nu doare pe nimeni cotul de asta! Nu se uita nimeni la tine pe strada, nici daca arati ca Angelina Jolie, nici daca esti imbracat ca la circ, sau de 50 000 euro! si in nici un caz nu ajungi prin ziare sau reviste pentru ca ti-ai atarnat nu stiu ce zdranganele de la nu stiu ce firma, si care costa nu stiu cat!! Partzzz! Pai si cum sa traiasca divele noastre asa in anonimat, dupa ce sunt convinse ca le plang fanii de dor prin tara? Pai aici trebuie sa o faci lata sa ajungi la stiri, cum citeam deunazi pe nu stiu unde ca in Anglia, sotia a venit inopinat acasa, si si-a gasit sotul facand sex...nici mai mult, nici mai putin, decat cu...cainele!!!! Da,da!! Ati citit bine! Pai cum sa-ti mai revii vreodata, fie si cu 500 ore de terapie intensiva, cand ajungi si tu acasa ca omu', si ala cu care iti imparti mancarea si patul, pe umarul caruia plangi cand ti-e greu, ala in care ai incredere sa dormi langa el fara sa-ti fie frica ca te omoara in somn, ALA...este in stare de asa ceva!! Cu ce stergi imaginea asta de pe retina si din creier vreodata? Cand, super socata, impartaseam cu consortul "stirile", razand, el care vede tot felul de ciudatenii, prin prisma meseriei, mi-a zis ca asta nu-i nimic! Si mai bizar este cand cineva sparge casa vecinului ca sa faca sex cu cainele!!! Se indragostise omu' de cainele vecinului, si cum pasiunea nu cunoaste limite, nici macar legate de ... rasa, a facut si el ce-a putut ca sa-si implineasca sentimentele si pornirile patimase... sodomizand bietul caine! Pai va inchipuiti ce ar trebui sa faca biata Raduleasca pe la Monaco ca sa iasa si ea in evidenta cu ceva?!! Doamne, in ce lume nebuna traim??!! Va las cu bine, si sa auzim de lucruri...normale!

Bad spell

For more than a month now, we have been like under a bad spell. After the beautiful birthday party of Luca, the chain of bad luck started. First, Luca was sick, then me and Pascal, then Luca again with his viral flu. Pascal again with a laryngitis, then Luca made an urinary infection that troubles us even now (he is still taking antibiotic), then somehow, yesterday I injured a finger, which may not seem like much, but my right hand (that does everything around here :))is almost useless. We went to the emergency, and after 2 hrs. of waiting for the doctoros, x-rays, bla-bla, they told me that is not broken, so...deal with it!! meanwhile I have a lot of pain, it is twice it's size and I can't move it! And this morning, surprise!! Luca has fever AGAIN!!! And a running nose! "Good" that we have an appointment to the doctor anyway for tomorrow, like we have three of them this week (to different doctors, and different reasons, of course)!! I would say they should make as an abonament or something (we do have magnetic cards for this hospital thou, all of us..."haha"). I feel my nerves are leaving me, and still hope to come with some better news...If this is how a bad spell looks like, imagine how it would be to be followed by a good spell of the same magnitude :) ! Then I would have a lot of nice, fun materials to write about on the blog ;)

New BBQ!!

We have a new BBQ grill!! Friends are invited for a lot of goood meat and lot of fun! It is still in the box,but man I wanted it a good BBQ grill for a looong time! We saw one exactly like this one,but for 10 persons (this is for six), and we liked it a lot, but the price was...hmmm...109 euro, so we thought that maybe it is not the moment to invest this amount,especially that initilly we were looking for one of 25 euro, but we decided it wasn't good enough, then we looked for something in a price range of 60-70 euro, than the one of 109 was looking really great,so...we decided to think about it. Meanwhile Luca fell asleep in his trolly, so we took a tour in the shop. Pascal, with his unbelivable sense of observation, saw imediatelly the one that you see in the photo, which was a pomotion, placed aside from the other grills. It was 89 euro, and we also got 10 kg of bbq wood - restaurant quality (it says on it, slo I figure it must be gooood!!). I comewith more pics from the try out!! Other news - Pascal is sick again,and now Luca starts with fever!!! But we decided not to care, and to enjoy every day.

Today it was finally the right weather for a breakfast outside! I enjoyed it at the maximum! I almost forgot how it was to breath warm fresh air while you enjoy a perfect cup of coffee. And because we liked it so much, we continued our adventure outside, at a nice backgammon game the afternoon (Pascal won!). Also on the terrace I could enjoy the perfect hibiscus that bloomed this morning. After breakfast, we took a long, wonderful bike ride in our heavenly neighbourhood. I hope you will enjoy the photos,and the spooky house that makes me think at witches and Halloween every time I pass there.

Yes, it happened yesterday! And because I longed for so long to ride it, we did a 2 hrs. and a half tour. That means that today I can't feel my ass, my knees and...my arms are a little better, but I can't lift big weights.we went on the Damse Vaart (along the channel), in the places where last winter we took the nice pictures with people skating on the frozen channel. Nobody was skating yesterday, but the water lillies were like frozen stars on the water! Today we go to Gent for some shopping, walking and if we are lucky and there is no wind, to play some badminton (our favourite summer activity)!

Now that Luca is almost ok, I got sick!! Pain in may throat, stiff neck, blocked nose and a mood of killing someone!!! I really hope that by the end of the week, when the good weather finally will "arrive" here, I am gonna be ok, so that I can ride my new bike.

I promised I am gonna write a post about the party, but because Luca is sick, and because we had a terrible night with him, I can't find that joy that I felt during that weekend and which I wanted o much to be able to transmit to you,too!:(

I am gonna tell thou that the kiss my son sent me when he was on the (plastic) horse, with the gesture of a toreador, warmed up my heart, and made other women exclaim (aaahhhh!!!) in extasy! It was an incredible moment for me! The attractions that you see in pictures are not from a park. In Belgium there is this custom, that the mobile fair comes to Brugge once a year, in May, and they set around the town, in a special arranged place. They also go to other towns during the whole summer, and they are called "kermis". Here you find all kind of food characteristic to such events, and all kind of attractions in which I wouldn't go for all the money in the world, to be honest! As for the "surprise bread" filled with sandwiches that we served, it is also something characteristic here, you can order it to the bakery, and they are delicious! There are all kind of types of bread, filled up with all kind of yummy stuff (ham, cheese, tuna salad, meat salad, crab salad, chicken with curry, etc). The rest of the photos talk for themselves, I guess. Hope to have good news soon!

Mother's day

Today is mother's day, so we continue to party! Mommy got a new bike, a new pair of shoes (expensive like hell but papa said I am worthy...), of course plants,plants,plants, and now we are getting ready for a nice surprise dinner! As for Luca's birthday that we celebrated for 2 days, I can tell you that they were the most joyful,rewarding days from my life, and that I realized how deeply, completely happy I am! I will come with photos. We took like 200, so maybe I will make a new folder on Picasa, but I will also write a post with some pictures and explanations for them. Have to run now, wish you all a great Sunday evening!!!

We have a little back yard, where there is a crowd of pots, and where we have a nice table for the long summer nights. There we also put the little car dvd, and we watch some live concerts (A-HA, Cesaria Evora),very suitable in the summer breeze , with a nice cup of ice-cream and a glass of...something good (in our case, soft drinks)! Well, now there is no summer, ice-cream we eat once a week...but I still like to look and take care at the flowers in this little yard, and longing for better, sunny days...

These are my favourite flowers that are just opened! The wind seems to be envious with my beautiful garden and tries to make some damage! I hope my beautiful Clematis will be stronger and continue to adorn our house door, and hopefully climb up to the balcony!

I hope I will get to plant this year Clematis Pasi Flora and Crystal Fountain. There are approximately 450 kinds of Clematis, and I...love most of them!

In the weekend we are going to party,party,party!! We celebrate the birthday of Luca: 2 years!!!

Today we went shopping for decorations and other stuff. The theme colours of the party are going to be bright yellow and even brighter orange, not that this is the preferance of the boy but hippie mama's! From napkins to Chinese lamps hanging mostly everywhere, including the tree, to candles and table cloths. There are gonna be a lot of Chinese lamps in all the shapes, colours, sizes, with or without light, a "Happy birthday" guirlande and a flagline, balloons, but mostly and the most important, a lot of gifts!! And, yeah, the Winnie the Pooh birthday cake!!!!!! With creme brule and chocolate mouse cream!!! the sin of all the sins, and even sweeter than all the sins together, and damaging like all the penitence someone does for doing all the sins!!! HAHAHA!! you will see pictures! Ah, yes, and Sunday is "The mother's day" (very important celebration here!) and mommy is going to get a new bike (with a basket in front and a babyseat in the back), as the mountain bike that I have is not appropriate anymore for my lumbago back!

Last week we had good and bad, a mixture that kept us busy, worried, sad and happy! Last saturday, we had some guests and a very tasty BBQ, but also we invited our guests to come with us for the "open door day", at some schools (kindergartens) that invited us for that date. Here, there is the custom that schools and kindergatens organize an "open door day" and they invite the families with children for a visit, so that people can choose the school that seems most suitable for their children. We visited just two, because the second one won our heart, and we were so lucky that this school is the closest to our place also (just 4-5 min. walking!). In the moment we entered the door, we were welcomed very nicely, by smiling, young people with obvious interest for their work and a lot of love for children. The vice-director took his time (more than 1 hr.) to give us a complete tour of the school kindergarten and school)and show us everything, explain us all, give us a small treat, introducing us all the staff, making us familiar with the surroundings, the beautiful playiong ground, all the rooms, all the facilities, etc!! And what was more important, we could hardly take Luca away from there!And then, it hit us!! Our baby is gonna go to "school"!! He is not a little baby anymore, he starts his life, first steps in life!! Overhelming! Sunday we have been to Leuven, just a short visit, and did some very good shopping!

Monday-dentist day! I felt nothing, had a lot of fun with my dentist, so....too good to be true, yet it happened!

After a couple of days - chiropractor! Yes, I got myself a nice lumbago! Again lot of fun (not when she cracked my joints thou...), and after the session was done, my wonderful husband came with an wonderful idea: what about going to Durbuy ( I was complaining that I miss already the mountains since last month when we were in Cochem), spending the night there, and coming back next day! Yupppiiii!!! Durbuy is the smallest town in the world, it is located in the Ardennes, and I love it sooo much! Even though it is so small, all the corners, every inch is a "picture"!! We took a lot of pictures, therefore I made a folder and put them on Picasa, you must know by now to find them in the slide bar!It was a fairy tale! The window of the hotel was facing the "market place", and I enjoyed to see the people and the restaurants in the night! next day we left in a village that was around 20 km away from Durbuy, and we found there a brocante (flea market). We enjoyed a lot, it was really pitoresque to see so many people coming to see this flea market in such a little village, where the streets didn't even have names!! And it was full of cars and visitors!! Normally I don't like such places, find the objects there old and ugly, and I wouldn't spend 1 euro there! Pascal likes them, he still hopes that one day he is gonna buy something very valuable with very little money (there are a lot of legends about that....). And now, here we are back, ready for another week!! Oh yes, at the end of the week we have a very important party: Luca will be 2 years old!! We bought already the main gift - a new bike!! But don't tell him!!!

Hello everyone!! We are fine, and we celebrated the catholic Easter ( a little too much...poohew!). and yesterday we had administrative day, meaning going to some banks for renewing some papers, insurances, canceling others...boring stuff like this! Otherwise, myself I have a terrible toothache (started 2 days ago), but I can see my dentist only Monday! Probably by tomorrow I will not be able to stand it anymore and go see another doctor, as the pain doesn't go away with anything! Otherwise, Luca and Pascal are ok, and we enjoy the beautiful weather here, and the first flowers that the strawberries plant have!! Yes, guys, envy us, we have strawberries plants (with flowers!!) and a tomato plant that also has flowers!! Hihihi!! No other news, we try to keep it low profile, stay more outside to lose the extras from the chocolate fondu (oh yes, it was greeeeaaaat!) and the bbq from the Easter! Now we are back to vegetables dishes, salads and fruits. Also good, but honestly, I am looking forward to the next bbq over two weeks when we have guests again! How do you prepare yourself for the Orthodox Easter? I really miss the crowd in the streets at midnight, the light of the million of candles, the people celebrating, eating Easter eggs, and feeling the spring night caressing my skin!!

I was reading on the news site that the legacy of 750 million dollars (yes, you read well, it is seven hundred fifty million dollars!!!!!) that Kurt Cobain left behind him, it is kind of disappeared...!!! That stupid bitch (who killed him, in my opinion that I formed after seeing a movie that was banned for a long time) of his ex wife, made all kind of schemes, buying houses at a low price from people who couldn't afford to pay their loans, to re-sell them for a better price...and wash some money ("poor victim!"), and of course, with her cocaine damaged brain was crooked!! Now, they can trace "only" 30 million!

People, I'm going cookoo!!! Why, WHY in the name of God, will want someone who has such a fortune, to "make business" in order to make more money??!!!! I read somewhere that a person with a regular, average life, spends around 2 million in a life time, not considering the interest from the bank in case you would have this money (that is why I said that if I would win 6 million at lottery, I wouldn't work for a boss for a second more in my life). So, ok, "they" have a lot of "expenses", let's say they spend 100 million! We are talking here about 7-8 lives of huuuuuge luxury...so....what a f..ck you want, Courtney Love??!!!! I cannot believe that a stupid bitch, slut, drug addict like Courtney Love is soooooo ridiculously rich, after the guy who was "the value", "the artist", is rotting in the ground!! I cannot believe that all this guy accomplished in such a short life, in such a short creation time, but so strong, that still influences the whole humanity on artistic level even after 15 years from his death, is mocked, spent, used for all kind of stupid, vane "stuff" by an paranoid slut!! That she has all the luxury in the world, while Kurt was ashamed to invite his old friends (that he never forgot after becoming famous) in the limo, being ashamed of his wealth! Yes, he was and remained till the last moment of his life the most modest person possible. Money didn't change him a bit! He lived for his art (and drugs, it's true) just like he did before being rich! How fair life can be? There must be life after death, there must be JUSTICE FOR ALL!!

Hellooooo everybody!!! We are back!! What can I say, it was great,great,great!!! Beautiful bungalow, nice weather, goooood and cheap food, nice swimming pool from where you could admire the mountains in the surroundings through the huge windows all around. Nice trips with the bike along the water, nice towns around - we also saw Trier and Koblenz. If you have the opportunity, go without a doubt. Ah yes, and for who is interested, all the hills around are Full, but I mean FUUUULLLL of wine vines!! And there are hundreds of tasting places for the wine!! Unfortunately none of us drink so we can't tell you anything about the wine or beer! But the cola light was good!! Hahahaha!! OK, I will let the pictures talk!

The simplicity of good taste

I was born and raised in Romania where everything is colorful: the interieurs, the language, the temper, the ideas, the humour, the nature! Not Africa style colourful, but flasy enough! In the apartment I lived with my parents it was a whole collection of colours in a million little objects, some useful some "decorative". In our living room red was fighting with black and mosterd-yellow, there was some blue also here and there, then white and natural shades, and...ah, I should not forget some more red!! Bathroom was blue, white and very crowded. In the kitchen you could find red, blue, a little pink, white, beige. My bedroom was mostly turquoise, white, brown, beige, but also a little red, and green. It is not that you could find all these colours on the walls or in the furniture, but the apartments were (are!) so small, and people have so many small, big,medium objects on a square meter, each with its own colour(s), that the vertigo of this Babylonian "decorative creation" MUST affect your brain at some level, in some bad way! Yet, nobody seemed to mind! We were so used with this "style", that in the moment I started to live here, the interiors I visited seemed boring and without personality to me! A lot of natural/neutral colours, a lot of white, and also some strong colours. But the strong colours were not "fighting" with anybody, the way I used to see around me! I learnt to refine my taste, and even though I still love colours, the way I combine them is totally different now. I learned to recognize and appreciate harmony and to rest my eyes when I look around me! Hey West, meet East!

Discovery: Hmmm (you hit me here baby!!) So, I was under the walnut tree in our garden (5years old), and moulding something I found on the ground...pretending it is cookies dough - it was a dog shit!!!I discoverd it after...a long time of "playing" with "it", when I realized what was stinking so ! PS - No, I didn't taste Around the same "important discovery date" I made another discovery - if you fill a little syringe with water and then inject it into a spider, this one would not be so happy!! (I was a good child, wasn't I...sweet me!!)
Job: Ahhh, that was the best! It was just after the revolution. Me and my best friend tried to prove our authonomy and abilities to our parents, so we took a job from the newspaper! We were making pre-order for snacks (pufuleti). Every morning it was a little meeting with our boss (who we named between us "the great missouri himslef - insusi marele missouri which was one of my favourite expressions from Tom sawyer, the best book ever, along with : E teapana Huck!!-it's is stiff, Huck that we used in all kind of contexts). We were laughing so badly (with tears and very red face) during these meetings (because of the comments we were making between us about our colleagues-very serious ones-and our boss)that I never understood how we were not kicked out from the room! We worked there for one month. What we got out of that? Looooots of fun (after meetings we were going first home for a brunch and a video movie), then go to all kind of companies and restaurants to sell the "merchandise". We were invited to eat, drink...have a fun chat 5 I told you it was the ideal job!!) We were so good, that we were sent to Satu-Mare and Alba-Iulia, separately, and with a lot of cash money for hotel, transportation, etc. We went together in both places, we made friends with a girl who was a runaway (we gave her money and food (not from our pocket), we bought ourselves cool boots (also not from our pocket), we didn't make too many orders from the clients we were supposed to go, and we came back without any invoices for the money we spent, but we still got our salary!! Best job ever, one of the most beautiful journeys, one of the best memories! What a life, what times!!!

Creation: I created a very "avantgarde" haircut when I was 4 years old, that of course I experimented on my own hair, I locked myself in the bedroom. My mother, desperate at the door begging me to open and asking me what I was busy with! Me, answerign it was a suprise. And surprise it was!! I cannot forget the terrified look on my mother face when I came out from the bedroom with a victorious face, and a "new" hairstyle!!!

No, I didn't wake upon the wrong side of the bed; I have this post in mind for a while now. I am gonna mention only a couple of the things that I hate, or that bother me lately, but the list stays open.

Well, in the several months of blogging and enough blogs that I read, I've noticed a...shall I call it "trend", "wave", "mania"...Maybe trend...So, I have noticed a trend, a psychosis that troubles the minds of the Romanians mostly. Actually, with some rare "Americans" exceptions, I would say that this a feature of Romanians only. And I will (finally!:)) tell you what is about: I read recently a blog (not that I don't want to name it, but I really forgot who has it), where Elena Udrea was coursed like "at the front door of the tent"! She was called names, it was made a whole fuss about her origins, about how she still is a peasant in spite of all the money her husband has, etc. Well, nothing so fantastic till now, everybody knows that Romanians are very political, but what I didn't understand was that this post got 609 reactions!!! 609!!! From people who all didn't like the person in question, and they were going crazy and fanatical approving the ideas of the author, and coursing even more hysterical this Elena woman! Well, I don't know her personally, and I can't say that she has some qualities which would deny the statements of the blog guy, but...SO WHAT?? If you don't like who is leading that country, change them, or go live somewhere else!Somebody please tell me WHY would you make foam around your mouth, mentally masturbating yourself on a stupid blog, maybe even risking a heart attack (by the aggressive way they were talking there)...to show what? To solve what? With what is your life better if you do that? You feel that you actually did something important, or...just something? Can somebody really feel they did something by doing this stupid gesture? Or have the Romanians become so maniac-depressive that they actually need this "loud" , "foam around mouth" form of catharsis to be able to make it through the day?I would say: People!!! Wake up!!! Make your life beautiful, stay connected to reality, surround yourself with beautiful, simple things that can help you keep your balance, and if there is something that you really don't like in your life, take action! I know what it means to live in world of chaos. I begun my journey by being a superficial person who enjoyed the very simple things in life (like we all do at a certain moment of our lives, especially when we are very young), I evolved into someone who cared a lot, and involved into all I could do or change around me, with a dash of sofistication this time, complicating my personality a bit. I bumped my head against all kind of walls, I got a bitter taste from life, and I thought I reached the pick, by being a cinical, ironical, sofisticated, complicated person! And then, my journey took me back to the simple things of life, where the true happiness and harmony are to be found! What is difference between the simple me now, and me who was 16 and simple, is the experience! The experience that made me grow other eyes to look at life with. No, I don't have the key, I didn't find the answer for everything, and I am not in Zen, but my life is a millimeter calmer that those people lives, hearts and mind, and this is worthy every cent! And it is so, because I made it so! So, in one sentence, I hate political blogs, or posts, where everybody makes a lot of fuss about "X" or "Y" but nobody does anything in reality, and they don't even realize how childish and degrading is for themselves to "bark while the caravan passes"! There are, though, exceptions! I know one blog where political posts are actually having a goal, they are aiming somewhere, and the author at least tries to move something! This I appreciate a lot, because by the way he writes his posts, he tries to change mentalities, and this is very important!

And second...(I will make it short, I promise), I hate vulgar blogs!!!! Man, what I could read on some blogs....!!! Far from being a prude, it scared me! And what is very sad, is that there were people who could actually say something if they wanted, because they were far of being stupid! Why would someone do this? Why, instead of trying to be refined, having some high class humour, etc...they would choose to be so incredibly vulgar? They were not even very young to be able to hide behind juvenile hormonal justifying. Because, let's be serious, once you are over 25 let's say, sex, penis, and other ideas like that are not something to be so obsessed about (like it is normal to be as a teenager, where it is more curiosity than obsession), or to show with your finger and laugh behind your hand! But for those guys... a vibrator, a blow job, a trio or I don't know what , they were like....."wow...look what I have done!! I am the man!!! The coolest, just look at me!! "Phew...such infantile behaviour makes me sick! So, again in one sentence: I hate vulgar blogs!! I know you will say that it is their blog, their space and they can do whatever, but...me...I don't understand why someone would insist for the whole world to see how stupid they are!!
